Green American Landscaping is seeking a dependable, hardworking crew member to help with lawn care, landscaping, irrigation, and seasonal services throughout Bennett and eastern Colorado.
This is more than just a part-time labor position. We're a growing company looking for someone who wants to grow with us. The right person will have opportunities for increased hours, higher pay, leadership responsibilities, and a potential full-time role as the business expands.
Responsibilities
- Lawn mowing and trimming
- Yard cleanups
- Sod installation
- Seeding and lawn renovations
- Mulch installation
- Irrigation repairs and sprinkler blowouts
- General landscaping labor
- Equipment loading, unloading, and jobsite setup
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Must own a truck capable of towing a trailer
- Ability to safely tow equipment between job sites
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical outdoor work
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor experience preferred
Schedule
- Part-time
- Primarily afternoons, evenings, and weekends
- Additional hours available during peak season
Pay
- $20–28 per hour depending on experience
- Mileage reimbursement when using personal vehicle for company business
- Performance-based pay increases available
