Role Title: Extended Day Program Coordinator
FLSA Status: Part-Time Hourly Non-Exempt
Reports to: Director of Extended Day Programming
The Extended Day Program Coordinator is a Lead Teacher for the program, responsible for assisting the Director of Extended Day in managing the Extended Day Program (EDP), supervising students, responding to their needs and interests, and building and maintaining relationships with the community. This is a part-time hourly position, Monday through Friday, 2:00–6:00pm.
Key Responsibilities:

Support and act in accordance with the School’s mission and values

Maintain a safe and fun environment for boys beyond the classroom

Accurately record attendance of students through Smartcare

Help manage the Enrichment program by assisting the Enrichment teachers with drop-off, dismissal, and any behavior issues

Report any incidents to the Director of EDP and assist in parent communications

Communicate and coordinate with security for pick-up during Aftercare hours

Mentor and support in managing EDP staff

Serve as EDP lead in the Director’s absence

Lead and help schedule parent-teacher conference childcare coverage and special evening childcare events

Provide school-level support as needed
