We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. In this role, you’ll help ensure guest rooms and common areas meet our cleanliness standards and create a welcoming, memorable stay for every guest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure guest rooms are cleaned and maintained to brand standards, with attention to detail that makes each stay feel special.
- Greeting and assisting guests as needed – whether it’s providing extra towels or warmly greeting "Good morning"
- Keep your supervisor informed of cleaning progress and report any maintenance or repair needs.
- Always follow safety protocols and use protective equipment when required.
- Stay organized – manage room supplies and amenities efficiently while minimizing waste.
- Handle lost and found items properly and log them according to hotel policy.
- Wear your uniform with pride and maintain a professional appearance.
- Support the team by helping with other cleaning tasks as needed, such as vacuuming meeting rooms or assisting in public areas.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- May assist with deep cleaning projects and turndown service as assigned.
- Perform other duties as requested by the supervisor or management.
