As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living independently, building confidence, and experiencing meaningful moments every day.
No experience needed - paid training provided.

As a DSP, you'll help individuals:

Live independently in their home
-
Shop, cook, and manage daily routines
-
Get to appointments and community activities
-
Build confidence and life skills
-
Experience new opportunities and meaningful moments
You'll also:

Support medication administration and health-related needs
-
Complete electronic documentation and service notes

Assist with household routines and daily living activities
-
Respond to behavioral or emergency situations using provided training
-
Build positive, meaningful relationships with the individuals you support
You do not need previous DSP experience - we can teach the skills.
