As a leader in the restaurant and bar industry, we are looking to add managers to our continuing growing team. Rebel Republic is an established restaurant and a staple in the Redondo Beach community.
The ideal Manager will look to lead, motivate and inspire their team in providing a high standard of quality food, drink and service as well as maintaining profitability through cost control management. Passion in spirits, craft beer and food is a must!
Our managers are responsible for:
Financial Analysis - Profit and Loss reporting and accountability including forecasting, budgeting, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions
Team Development - Hiring, training, scheduling and developing team members
Restaurant Operation - Planning, scheduling, managing and directing
Meeting Targets - Achieve restaurant budget targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Inventory Management - Manage food, supply and merchandise inventories while keeping quality and profit in mind.
Evaluation - Consistently review restaurant operations to identify any problems, concerns and opportunities for improvement
Restaurant Culture - Create a daily environment of outstanding service for the guest making sure all team members are part of a unique experience that far exceeds expectations
Inspire - Be Passionate, Positive and Professional at all time. Adhering to accounting and cash handling procedures
The ideal candidates will have:
- 2-3 years of salaried management experience in an casual/upscale brand
- Bartending experience, helpful but not necessary
- Familiarity with craft cocktails, beers and upscale kitchen
Operations
· Proactive guest issue prevention/guest relations skills
- Ability to maintain high standards in service in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Experience with volume of at least 2.5m per year
