I’m working with a large national litigation firm looking to add a Toxic Tort Defense Attorney to its California team.
Salary: $145,000 to $240,000, depending on experience

- Defend businesses in toxic tort and complex exposure litigation
- Take and defend depositions and work closely with medical and scientific experts
- Handle discovery, substantive motions, hearings and mediations
- Develop case strategy and prepare matters for trial
What you'll have:
- 2 to 6 years of civil litigation experience, ideally including toxic tort, asbestos or insurance defense
- Experience handling depositions, discovery and substantive motions
- Strong writing skills and an interest in complex scientific and medical issues
- Admitted to The California Bar
