Our Kennebunk Brewpub is looking to add to our stellar BOH Team!
These positions can be full time or part time. Some late nights and weekend shifts are required.

Responsibilities
- Set up and stocking with all necessary supplies
- Prepare food for service
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Keep a clean station
- Prepare food with high quality and in a timely fashion
- Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests
- Work hard and have a good time while doing it!
Requirements
- Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line chef, restaurant cook, or prep cook is highly preferred
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures. Wood Fired Pizza Oven experience a plus!
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
