About the Role:
Bright Horizon Care LLC is looking for a driven and experienced Construction Supervisor to join our growing team in Huntington Beach, CA. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day construction site operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Supervise, coordinate, and direct construction crews, subcontractors, and vendors
- Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies on all job sites
- Review blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate project execution
- Monitor project progress and report updates to management and stakeholders
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks throughout all phases of construction
- Resolve on-site issues, conflicts, and delays in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in construction supervision or a related field
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Proven ability to manage crews, subcontractors, and multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and site compliance requirements
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
