Duties
- Prepare the operating room by sterilizing and organizing surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment according to aseptic techniques.
- Assist surgeons and surgical teams by passing instruments, sutures, and supplies during procedures with precision and efficiency.
- Maintain strict adherence to infection prevention protocols, including healthcare infection control practices and sterilization standards.
- Support post-operative processes by sterilizing used equipment, managing medical supplies, and ensuring the OR environment remains safe and ready for subsequent surgeries.
