We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead HVAC Service Technician to repair and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and small commercial properties. As a Lead HVAC Tech, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service while managing junior techs, coordinating projects, and maintaining customer relationships. HVAC Service Technician Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in both residential and small commercial environments.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment issues, providing prompt and reliable solutions.
- Supervise and mentor junior technicians, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Maintain excellent communication with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Accurately document all work performed and materials used.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with management to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
HVAC Service Technician Qualifications:
- 3+ years of HVAC experience with a strong technical background.
- Valid HVAC experience required.
- Proven leadership experience in managing projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
