Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: Uncapped Commission (Six-Figure Income Potential)

Insurance Masters is seeking licensed Life Insurance Agents to join our growing Inside Sales & Enrollment team. This is a full-time, in-office sales position for individuals who are confident in their ability to build relationships and close business but want the advantage of working qualified, company-provided leads rather than spending their time and money prospecting for clients.
Unlike many insurance sales positions, Advisors receive a consistent flow of qualified prospects who have previously expressed interest in speaking with an insurance professional. There is no cold calling, door knocking, purchasing leads, or self-generated prospecting required.
Whether you are an experienced producer or a newly licensed agent looking for the right opportunity, Insurance Masters provides comprehensive training, a proven sales process, ongoing coaching, and experienced leadership to help you maximize your success.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact qualified, company-provided prospects by telephone.
- Build rapport and identify each client's insurance and financial protection needs.
- Educate clients regarding life insurance and annuity solutions.
- Follow the Company's proven sales process and scripts.
- Guide clients through the enrollment and application process.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and sales activity.
- Consistently meet or exceed established sales and performance goals.
- Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and team meetings.
Lead Structure
- Qualified, company-provided opportunities.
- Prospects have previously requested information or expressed interest.
- No cold calling.
- No purchased lead lists.
- No self-generated prospecting required.
Training & Support
Insurance Masters provides Advisors with:

Qualifications
- Active Life Insurance License (required).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Professional telephone presence.

- Ability to work full-time in an in-office environment.
Compensation
- Uncapped commission-based compensation.
