The Basics
- Deliver hot, fresh food quickly and accurately to every table
- Work closely with servers, bartenders, hosts, and the kitchen as one team
- Help create unforgettable guest experiences through speed, teamwork, and hospitality
- Learn our menu so you can confidently identify every dish leaving the kitchen
- Keep stations clean, stocked, and organized throughout your shift
- Help maintain the flow of service during busy lunch and dinner rushes

Must Haves
- A genuine smile that makes guests feel welcome
- The ability to carry a minimum of 4 plates... SAFELY
- High energy and the ability to stay on your feet during busy shifts
- Strong work ethic and pride in doing things the right way
- Ability to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy
- Coachable attitude and willingness to learn
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Desire to grow within the restaurant industry
