Key Responsibilities of the AT&T Wireless Associate:
- Engage directly with business clients in person to understand their needs and recommend appropriate AT&T solutions
- Present and sell telecom products and services in a professional, customer-focused manner
- Conduct follow-ups to support client satisfaction and retention
- Participate in daily team meetings and scheduled training sessions
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and group sales goals
- Stay up to date on AT&T products, services, and promotions
- Represent the company professionally during all client interactions
