We are a growing mental and behavioral health agency looking for a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to help scale our small business. This is not just a standard clinician role. We are looking for an ambitious professional who wants to grow with us and eventually transition into a business partner.
You will balance clinical work with operational leadership. This includes managing daily agency tasks and delivering hands-on, in-home clinical services to youth and families.
Agency Operations & Leadership:
- Coordinate daily with Care Managers and outside agencies.
- Schedule in-home services for clients efficiently.
- Manage billing processes for services rendered.
- Oversee daily administrative workflows to support agency growth.
Clinical & Field Work:
- Provide high-quality, in-home therapy and support to youth and families.
- Travel to meet clients within their home environments.
- Conduct clinical assessments and create tailored treatment plans.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Licensure: Active and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license.
- System Experience: Highly prefer experience working with PerformCare and navigating the Cyber system.
- Travel: Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a willingness to travel for in-home visits.
- Mindset: Strong entrepreneurial spirit with a desire for long-term career growth and business partnership.
- Skills: Excellent organization, communication, billing familiarity, and multitasking abilities.
Pay: $33.82 - $40.73 per hour
