Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Injector/Office Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional aesthetic and wellness services. This role combines clinical responsibilities with administrative leadership, ensuring smooth daily operations while providing top-tier treatments such as botulinum toxin, dermal fillers, laser therapy, hair extensions, eyelash extensions, body waxing, and more. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for client care, a strong management background, and proficiency with salon and medical spa software systems. Responsibilities
- Teaching the clients how they can take their own peptide shots at home
- Oversee sanitation protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations to maintain a safe environment for clients and staff
- Lead the team in product demos, retail sales, upselling techniques, and promoting new treatment options to maximize revenue opportunities
- Coordinate treatment schedules using salon software like Millennium or MINDBODY to optimize appointment flow and staff availability
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, managing expectations, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere
- Supervise social media management efforts to promote services, special events, and client engagement strategies
- Support team development through ongoing training in hair styling, nail care, makeup application, hair threading, barbering techniques, and other specialty services
- Maintain inventory levels of products used in treatments and retail sales while ensuring proper sanitation of all equipment
- Collaborate with management on marketing initiatives and community outreach efforts to attract new clients
Qualifications
- Proven management experience within a medical spa or salon setting with strong leadership skills
- Certification or licensure in cosmetology or esthetician specialties preferred; experience with Botox/dermal fillers is highly desirable
- Familiarity with salon software systems such as Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling and client records management
- Extensive knowledge of cosmetic procedures including hair extensions, eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling, makeup application, dermabrasion, deep tissue massage, nail care, tattooing techniques, straight razor shaving, and med spa treatments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to educate clients on treatment options and aftercare instructions
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly yet professional demeanor
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in sanitation standards
- Experience in social media management for marketing purposes is a plus
