PAY: Target salary for this role is $165,000–$200,000 annually, plus equity, depending on experience.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
This is a Senior-level Product Management opportunity with an innovative, venture-backed healthcare technology company building AI-powered products that improve patient outcomes.
As a Senior Growth Product Manager, you'll own the product strategy behind customer acquisition, activation, retention, and long-term engagement. You'll partner closely with cross-functional teams to turn customer insights into product decisions, leverage analytics to optimize user experiences, and help shape AI-driven capabilities that directly impact healthcare delivery.
Responsibilities include:
- Own the direct-to-consumer growth funnel from acquisition through long-term retention
- Conduct continuous customer discovery and translate insights into product strategy and roadmap priorities
- Define, instrument, and analyze product metrics using modern analytics platforms
- Design and evaluate product experiments and A/B tests to improve customer outcomes
- Lead evaluation and optimization of AI-powered product experiences
- Prioritize product investments based on measurable business and customer impact
- Utilize AI tools to improve product development efficiency while applying strong product judgment
- Proven experience leading growth initiatives for direct-to-consumer products
- Strong customer discovery and product strategy experience
- Hands-on experience with product analytics platforms such as Mixpanel or Amplitude
- Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and product experiments
- Strong product prioritization skills with an outcomes-focused mindset
- Demonstrated AI fluency and regular use of AI tools in product development
- Experience evaluating AI-powered product features or a strong aptitude to do so
- Healthcare industry experience is preferred but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
