Position Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced craft cocktail bartender with a strong background in hospitality and table service. The ideal candidate is a true professional who brings creativity, precision, and teamwork to every shift. If you take pride in your craft and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, we’d love to meet you.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in craft cocktail bartending — this is not a training position.
- Serving experience required; ability to manage both bar and floor service as needed.
- Experience in a seafood or oyster bar is a plus (but not required).
- Strong sense of teamwork, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Must maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow proper service standards.
- TABC and Food Handler certifications (or willingness to obtain).
- Weekend and evening availability required.
Responsibilities:
- Craft and serve cocktails with consistency, creativity, and precision.
- Deliver genuine, polished guest service at the bar and tables.
- Educate guests on menu items, oyster selections, and pairings.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar and in shared spaces.
- Support service staff and collaborate with the kitchen to ensure smooth operations.
