- Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from concept through production

Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and resource plans

Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and sales teams

Track project milestones and communicate status to stakeholders

Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans

Support design reviews, product launches, and manufacturing readiness

Review engineering documentation, schedules, and technical deliverables

Drive issue resolution across multiple departments

Ensure projects meet quality standards and customer requirements

Maintain project documentation, reports, and action items

Continuously improve project management processes and product launch execution
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering field

Engineering experience in manufacturing or aerospace preferred

Experience leading projects or coordinating cross-functional teams

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Comfortable working with engineering drawings, technical documentation, and manufacturing processes
This position is open to engineers who want to transition into program management. Previous formal program management experience is not required if you have a strong engineering background, excellent communication skills, and a desire to lead projects.
