JOB DESCRIPTION
The WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE/UNIT 5 position requires a person with previous knowledge of warehousing operations. The main responsibilities of this position will be to load/unload trucks, take inventory, organize Warehouse and basic receiving functions, and daily loading functions. The ideal candidate will have a clean MVR, the ability to drive flatbed truck with a standard transmission, work independently, prior experience operating a forklift, building crates, interpreting blueprints for custom items, and loading 53’ trailers and Box Trucks.
SKILLS
· Operate a 5000-pound forklift and pass company established certification program
· Lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
· Ability to stand/walk for up to 10 hours daily (1st shift has a 20 minute and 30-minute break)
· Previous experience working shipping/receiving operations for a cabinet/countertop manufacturer is a plus
· Job Duties will include to organize Warehouse, inventory / receivers of orders.
· Bilingual – English and Spanish are a plus.
