We are looking for a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide high-quality rehabilitation services in our Waldorf, MD location. Join a collaborative therapy team dedicated to helping residents achieve meaningful functional outcomes.

Deliver individualized physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist

Help residents improve strength, mobility, balance, endurance, and overall function

Track resident progress and recommend treatment modifications when appropriate

Work closely with PTs, OTs, SLPs, nursing staff, and physicians to coordinate care

Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards

Collaborative rehabilitation environment

Short-term rehabilitation and long-term care caseload

Supportive leadership and professional development opportunities

Resident-centered approach to care

Active Maryland Physical Therapist Assistant license required

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience is a plus
