We’re looking for a friendly, dependable Customer Service Associate to join our team here in Portsmouth.This is a 30–35 hour per week position, and weekend availability is required. Applicants must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays as part of their regular schedule.
This role includes:
Greeting and checking out customers
Helping guests by phone and in person
Cleaning lanes between customers
Assisting with arcade point redemption
Restocking the redemption area
Helping keep Bowl-O-Rama clean, welcoming, and ready for fun!
Basic computer skills are a plus, but not required. What matters most is a positive attitude, good communication, and the ability to help guests feel welcome.
