Oversee all on site construction activities for multifamily projects from start through completion

Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel

Maintain project schedules and look ahead to proactively address potential delays

Enforce site safety requirements and company safety policies

Ensure work is completed in compliance with project documents, building codes, and quality standards

Conduct regular inspections and punch walks to ensure high quality execution

Collaborate closely with project management teams, inspectors, and ownership representatives

Maintain accurate daily reports, schedules, and site documentation

Lead problem solving efforts in the field and drive solutions efficiently
