HVAC Lead Installer

LEAD INSTALLER
IMMEDIATE OPENING!!!
We are looking for an HVAC Lead Installer to join our team! You will install, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems.
Responsibilities:
- Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Respond to emergency service requests
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields
- Familiarity with wiring diagrams
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

Installers and technicians work 8+ hours a day, Monday-Friday, with an occasional Saturday. Overtime is available approximately 12 to 16 weeks a year. Candidates must be able to work on ladders, in attics and crawlspaces. Must be open to learning and taking direction from management. It is important to have your EPA and Nate Certifications. It is required to have knowledge of installing furnaces, air conditioners, evaporative coolers, mini-splits, water heaters and boilers.

Our staff are required to wear protective masks in customer's homes, when requested.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $34.00 - $40.00 per hour

Experience:
- HVAC Lead Installer: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
- EPA Type II (Preferred)
