APPOINTMENT SETTER (HIGH-TICKET SALES)
Fullmer Consulting | Alamo Heights In Office Role | Competitive Base + Performance Bonuses
ABOUT THE COMPANY
Fullmer Consulting is a fast-growing real estate education company built on an uncommon principle: selling with integrity or not selling at all. We train experienced real estate professionals and high-performing W2 professionals to sharpen their acquisition strategies through distressed property, probate, distressed property, and complex transaction education.
Our marketing generates qualified interest every day. We aren't looking for someone to cold call random lists—we're looking for someone who knows how to create conversations, qualify prospects, and consistently put high-quality appointments on the calendars of our sales team.
If you're energized by connecting with people, uncovering motivation, and creating opportunities that lead to life-changing conversations, this is your role.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As an Appointment Setter, you are the first human interaction many prospects will have with Fullmer Consulting. Your ability to build rapport, ask the right questions, and qualify opportunities directly impacts the success of our sales team.
You'll engage with inbound leads, follow up with prospects across multiple channels, and ensure qualified appointments consistently make it to scheduled calls.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment where activity, consistency, and professionalism matter.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
· Respond quickly to inbound & outbound leads through phone, text, email, and CRM follow-up
· Conduct qualification calls to determine whether prospects are a strong fit for our coaching programs
· Schedule qualified appointments for high-ticket closers while maintaining calendar accuracy
· Maintain consistent follow-up with leads who are not yet ready to book
· Build trust and rapport through professional, consultative conversations
· Keep CRM records updated with accurate notes, lead status, and follow-up activities
· Meet and exceed daily outreach, conversation, and appointment-setting KPIs
· Work closely with closers to ensure seamless appointment handoffs
· Identify common objections and communicate market feedback to leadership
· Follow established scripts while naturally adapting conversations to each prospect
WHAT YOU BRING
· 1–3+ years of appointment setting, SDR, BDR, inside sales, or high-ticket sales experience
· Excellent communication skills with confidence on the phone
· Strong listening skills and the ability to uncover prospect motivations
· High level of organization and follow-through
· CRM experience (Go High Level experience is a strong plus)
· Comfortable working toward activity metrics and appointment goals
· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
· Coachable, competitive, and committed to continuous improvement
· High integrity—you understand that qualifying out poor-fit prospects is just as important as booking great ones
THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THIS ROLE
You enjoy talking to people and naturally know how to build rapport without sounding scripted. You don't see appointment setting as simply booking meetings—you understand you're creating opportunities that change lives.
You are energized by performance metrics because you know consistent activity creates consistent results. Rejection doesn't discourage you; it motivates you to improve your approach.
You are organized, dependable, and take ownership of your pipeline. Most importantly, you believe that honest conversations create the best long-term client relationships.
LOCATION
This role starts remote. As the company continues to grow, opportunities for in-office collaboration and career advancement will increase. Candidates open to future relocation may have an advantage during the hiring process.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
· $60-75k OTE (Base + Commission)
· Performance-based bonuses tied to qualified appointments and attendance rates
· Clear growth path into Senior Appointment Setter, Closing, or Sales Leadership roles
· Paid Time Off (PTO)
· Health insurance
· Ongoing sales training, coaching, and professional development
