Doraku is seeking motivated and reliable Line Cooks to join the opening team for our newest location. Line Cooks play a vital role in delivering the high-quality food and exceptional dining experience our guests expect. In this fast-paced environment, you’ll prepare menu items according to company standards while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, specifications, and presentation standards
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies before service
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and portion control throughout each shift
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of food products
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and assist with overall kitchen cleanliness
- Communicate effectively with kitchen team members to ensure efficient service
- Assist with prep work and other kitchen duties as assigned
- Work efficiently during high-volume service periods while maintaining attention to detail
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to follow recipes and standardized procedures
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
