This is a clinical position. The applicant must be an RN or hold an advanced nursing degree.
Job Summary
The nurse manager is responsible for -
- the daily oversight of all clinical operations
- monitoring daily staffing needs within multiple teams
- perform clinical and phone triage responsibilities
- coordination of RN call and weekend coverage needs
- troubleshooting when clinical needs arise
- process improvements to ensure better workflow for providers and staff
- manage physician schedules
- ensure quality assurance
The nurse manager must have good leadership skills, effective and thorough communication, be a critical thinker and team oriented.
Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 3 years medical office experience and 2 years in a supervisory role. Infertility or Women's Health is preferred. This position does require the availability to work weekends as needed.
Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
