Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Technician with 4-10 years of hands-on industry experience. This professional will install, service, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment, ensuring quality workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, service, and repair HVAC systems in compliance with manufacturer and local code standards.
- Install new heating and cooling equipment, including proper brazing, drain setup, and flue venting.
- Perform vacuum and pressure tests, measure superheat and subcooling, and optimize system performance.
- Complete low voltage wiring and electrical connections.
- Maintain accurate service records and uphold high standards of safety and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with customers, explaining system operations and upgrade opportunities.
- Identify and recommend system improvements with a sales-oriented approach.
- Ensure safe driving, tool maintenance, and compliance with company and safety policies.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4-10 years of HVAC industry experience.
- EPA Universal Certification (required).
- Completion of an accredited HVAC trade school program.
- Proven practical skills in brazing, testing, venting, and wiring.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Willingness to undergo an FCRA compliant background check
Preferred Experience:
- Service experience with residential and light commercial systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent customer service and sales-oriented mindset.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
