Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Receptionist - Clerk to be the welcoming face of our organization. Responsibilities
- Greet visitors warmly, direct them appropriately, and ensure a professional first impression.
- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls or taking messages as needed.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and deliveries.
- Maintain organized filing systems, perform data entry, and support document proofreading to ensure accuracy.
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings for staff or clients efficiently.
- Support office management tasks such as inventory control, supply ordering, and basic clerical duties.
- Assist with client communication by providing information and support in a courteous manner.
- handle a busy telephone calls and take down client information for new case intakes (will receive training)
- Handle attorney dry cleaning; handle groceries and shopping lists for firm needs;
- Delivery of materials to courts, other counsel and "go for" things
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse clients and visitors.
- Proven office management or administrative experience in a busy environment.
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience answering phones using multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy.
- Demonstrated clerical skills such as typing, filing, proofreading, and data entry.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Prior experience in front desk or reception roles is preferred; personal assistant experience is a plus.
- Ability to manage time effectively while prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
