We are currently interviewing for the position of Special Service Technician position, the applicant must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record as well as be able to pass a drug screening, able to communicate professionally and maintain a professional appearance. The applicant must be able to work in high heat environments and able to access attics and crawl spaces, work on ladders and roofs, on an a daily basis, as well as be independent, responsible, and self motivated and able to perform the above duties with the highest quality & professionalism with little to no supervision. Currently licensed by the TDA with experience in Rodent, Termite, Pest Control, Mosquito fogging, & chemical bed bug treatments is a plus but we will train the right candidate. The applicant should be physically fit and able to lift at least 50 lbs and not afraid of heights, hard work, getting dirty when necessary, accessing roofs & small spaces, as well as able to come up with solutions on the spot, and by handy with repairs. The applicant needs to be able to write legibly, be organized, and able to multi task and able to be proficient utilizing cell phone app. The most important thing we are looking for is puncuatlity, reliability, maturity and hard working.

Salary: $60,000.00 to $85,000.00 /year ** based on experience ** no experience or current license applicants can expect pay range of $30-36K Annually while in training with no experience and then $50,000- $85,000 minimum annual pay range after completing paid training, the pay structure is guaranteed salary and commission when surpassing the guarantee you control you pay based upon work ethic and productivity and have employees in this position making over $80k annually.
