Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral therapy and experience working with children, particularly those with developmental disabilities and autism. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to improve the quality of life for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
- Provide training and support to parents, caregivers, and staff on behavior management techniques.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality and medical documentation.
- Maintain accurate medical records, including intake forms and progress notes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care for clients with special needs.
- Advocate for clients' rights and promote their well-being within the community.
Skills
- Proficient in behavioral therapy techniques and strategies.
- Experience working with children, especially those with autism or other developmental disabilities.
- Strong data collection and analysis skills to track client progress effectively.
- Knowledge of special education practices and working with individuals with disabilities.
- Familiarity with patient care protocols, patient assessment methods, and medical terminology.
- Ability to maintain accurate medical records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards.

Pay: From $120,000.00 per year
