Occupational Summary
Responsible for coordinating the daily operations and activities of the medical assistants as assigned, while supporting efficient clinical workflow and high-quality patient care.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Performs LPN duties as needed to support practice operations; this is a hands-on clinical role and not solely administrative.
- Provides training, guidance, and work direction to assigned staff, assisting in the development of performance goals and objectives.
- Oversees the ordering and maintenance of back-office medical supplies.
- Supervises and coordinates all back-office functions and workflows.
- Ensures compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and clinic standards related to quality patient care.
- Identifies operational issues and implements appropriate resolutions.
- Attends required meetings and participates on committees as requested.
- Engages in ongoing professional development activities to remain current with healthcare trends, practices, and standards.
- Maintains strict confidentiality in all aspects of patient, employee, and organizational information.

Pay: $21.37 - $30.55 per hour
