Duties
- Perform comprehensive residential cleaning tasks, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, and sanitation to ensure spotless environments.
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures meticulously to maintain hygiene standards across all client spaces.
- Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing.
- Use cleaning equipment and detergents safely and effectively to achieve optimal results while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience of minimum 1-2 years in residential cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial roles with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures.
- Familiarity with cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques (including carpet cleaning), and the use of various cleaning equipment and detergents.
- Ability to manage time effectively to complete scheduled tasks efficiently without compromising quality.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on clear communication and professionalism.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks comfortably and safely.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining hygienic environments.
- Outdoor work experience is a plus, demonstrating adaptability across different settings.
