Findlay Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, the #1 volume pre-owned dealership in Northwest Ohio, is growing and looking for an Automotive Biller / Deal Processor to join our team.
We are a fast-paced, high-volume dealership, and this position plays an important role in making sure every vehicle sale is processed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities
This position is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and accurately processing paperwork related to vehicle sales, including:
- Finance and lease contracts
- Sales contracts and purchase agreements
- Service contracts and extended warranties
- GAP contracts
- Trade-in titles and odometer statements
- Manufacturer-required documents for new vehicles
- Internal dealership forms and documentation
- Collection and verification of customer down payments and funds
- Reviewing completed deals for accuracy and missing documentation
- Working with our sales and finance teams to correct paperwork when necessary
- Maintaining accurate and organized deal records
What We're Looking For
Previous detail-oriented office or financial experience is required.
Automotive dealership experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person with a strong background in detailed paperwork and financial documentation.
Relevant experience may include:
- Automotive billing or dealership accounting
- Banking
- Loan processing or loan origination
- Title processing
- Bookkeeping
- Accounting
- Finance or other detail-oriented administrative positions
The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, dependable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
