About Atria
Atria is a vertically integrated real estate platform. Rather than outsource the functions that drive value in commercial real estate, we build them in house and operate them as one coordinated group. Atria Commercial provides brokerage and property management services; Atria VA delivers dedicated administrative and operational support across the platform; and we are building an in-house field and maintenance team to handle repairs, unit turns, and property improvements directly, with dedicated construction and real estate acquisitions arms planned to follow. The result is a single, aligned organization that controls quality and cost from the first lease through long-term ownership.
Joining Atria means working close to the center of a growing platform, across multiple entities and disciplines, alongside a team that values precision, ownership, and clean execution.
About the Role
We’re hiring a Field Operations Associate to help maintain and improve the properties we manage. This is a hands-on role for someone who already knows how to work with their hands and wants to develop their skills across a wide range of trades, including paint, flooring, drywall, electrical, plumbing, finish carpentry, and general maintenance. You’ll get exposure to every stage of how a space gets repaired, turned, and improved, and we’ll give you room to take on more.
What You’ll Do
– Assist with repairs, unit turns, make-readies, and improvement projects across our managed properties
– Work the labor side of multiple trades alongside our team and outside vendors in the field
– Order, manage, and maintain inventory of materials and supplies, keeping stock organized and projects supplied
– Prep job sites, move materials, and keep work areas clean and organized
– Pick up and deliver materials and supplies (company vehicle provided)
– Document job progress with photos and notes and report status back to the office
– Grow into more responsibility as you build skills across different types of jobs
What We’re Looking For
– Prior hands-on experience in construction, handyman work, maintenance, or the trades
– Bilingual English/Spanish (required)
– Reliable, punctual, and genuinely eager to learn
– Valid California driver’s license and a clean driving record (you’ll drive a company vehicle)
– Experience driving and backing a trailer (important)
– Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and work on your feet
– Comfortable traveling to multiple property sites during the day
– Team-first attitude and clear communication
– 18 or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
– Offer contingent on a motor vehicle record check
Nice to Have, but Not Required
– Experience with AppFolio
– Experience with Contractor Foreman or similar project management software
What We Offer
– $20 to $25 per hour, depending on experience
– Healthcare benefits
– Company vehicle for work use during the workday
– Company cell phone
– Paid, hands-on training across multiple trades and project types
– A real path to grow, into project coordination, maintenance leadership, or a skilled trade
