What Does the Job Require (Job Description)? You’re the bridge between customers in need and the technicians who fix the issue. Your responsibilities include:
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats
- Explain services, pricing, and scheduling
- Book appointments + dispatch technicians
- Track technician progress
- Resolve concerns with clarity and empathy
- Maintain accurate CRM + Google Sheets records
- Make confirmation and follow-up calls
- Support daily workflow + strong team communication
Are You a Good Fit? You’ll do great here if you bring: Strong communication + people skills, google Sheets / data entry proficiency, ability to multitask accurately, reliability, punctuality, problem-solving mindset, comfort with outbound calling, bilingual skills (optional), customer service or call center experience (preferred, not required)
What Work Schedule Is Required? In-office, full-time daytime hours, some flexibility during peak demand is required.

Work Location: Broken Arrow office, supporting field technicians serving homes and businesses across Northeast Oklahoma.
Education Requirements / Skills:
- No degree required
- Google Sheets & Docs proficiency
- Strong typing + accurate data entry
- CRM experience (plus)
- Organized, reliable, detail-oriented
