We're looking for a Creator Acquisition Specialist whose entire job is outreach: finding the right creators and getting them to say yes. This is a high-volume, high-energy role for someone who knows the affiliate creator economy inside and out, lives on TikTok Shop, and gets a genuine rush from closing deals. You'll be the first point of contact between our brands and the creators who move product, so your ability to identify talent, start conversations, and turn cold outreach into active partnerships is everything.

What You'll Be Doing
Creator Sourcing & Prospecting
- Identify and vet content creators, influencers, and streamers across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitch who can move product through affiliate and TikTok Shop programs
- Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of prospects, evaluating content quality, audience fit, and commercial potential
- Get creative with sourcing: use creator databases, social search, competitor research, and new tools to find creators others miss
Outreach & Closing
- Own cold and warm outreach across email, DMs, and creator platforms, writing messages that get opened, read, and answered
- Pitch creators on affiliate partnerships and TikTok Shop, negotiate terms, and get them set up to sell
- Manage a high-volume outreach pipeline, follow up relentlessly, and consistently hit recruitment targets
Onboarding & Activation
- Walk creators through TikTok Shop setup, affiliate links, and getting their first content live
- Hand off strong relationships to the broader partnerships team while keeping creators engaged early on
- Remove friction so creators go from "interested" to "actively selling" as fast as possible
Tracking & Optimization
- Track outreach metrics: response rates, conversion rates, creators activated, and improve what's working
- Keep your pipeline organized and up to date in CRM and tracking tools
- Stay on top of TikTok Shop trends, platform changes, and shifts in the creator economy
What You'll Need to Succeed
- You understand the affiliate creator economy. You know how creators make money, how TikTok Shop affiliate programs work, and what makes a creator worth recruiting.
- You're an outreach machine. You write killer cold messages, build trust fast, and aren't afraid of volume or rejection.
- You can close. You get a high off turning a "maybe" into a signed partner. Sales instincts are a must.
- You have great creator judgment. You can vet an account quickly and tell the difference between vanity metrics and real commercial potential.
- You're organized and self-driven. You can manage a large pipeline, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
- You live on the internet. You know what content hits and why, and you're fluent in short-form and creator culture.
Nice to have: Experience with TikTok Shop, affiliate or influencer programs, and tools like Airtable, Google Sheets, Slack, Notion, and creator CRMs. Years of experience matter less than a demonstrated high IQ for creator partnerships and outreach.
