Personal Lines Customer Service Representative
We are looking for an individual who is self motivated and has customer service experience. This is an office job with the hours of 9:30-3:30. We have been successfully meeting the needs of our customers since 2000 and have grown our agency from the ground up.
The duties of the job would include:
- Answering incoming phone calls.
- Utilizing agency management system to log customer activity.
- Performing changes on insurance carrier websites.
- Setting up new clients in the agency management system.
- Assist in quoting renewal policies for existing clients.
Requirements:
- Knowledge in using Office 365, notably Outlook and Word.
- Must have the ability to multi-task.
- Customer service oriented.
Pay: $25.50 - $26.50 per hour
