We are seeking a dedicated experienced Lead Teacher for school age or PreK classroom to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and experience working with children in a classroom setting. Bus driving experience for childcare is a plus
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning atmosphere
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development and classroom activities
- Follow licensing guidelines
Qualifications:
- CDA/Associates in early childhood
- CPR /first aid/ trainings in early childhood
- Good communication
- 5+ year experience in licensed childcare
- you may be subject to drug test whenever it is needed
