We are looking for a Lead Teacher to join our team and provide leadership and guidance to our students. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing lesson plans, managing classroom activities, and providing instruction to students. The Lead Teacher will also be expected to collaborate with other teachers and the director to ensure that all students are receiving the best possible education. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that are age-appropriate and meet the needs of the students.
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for students.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents and the director.
- Maintain accurate records of student work, attendance, and progress reports.
- Communicate effectively with parents, students, and colleagues.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Must be able to supervise children between the ages of 24 months to 5 years old.
- Must be able to work 8 hour shifts, 5 days a week.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- A background check will be required prior to employment.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a classroom setting.
