Overview
We are seeking energetic and experienced Bartenders to join our dynamic hospitality team! In this role, you will be the heart of the bar, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service, expertly crafted beverages, and a lively atmosphere. Your expertise in mixology, beverage presentation, and customer engagement will help elevate our venue’s reputation and ensure every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or food pairings
- Maintain a clean, organized bar area adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS
- Develop new beverage recipes and contribute creative ideas to enhance our drink menu
- Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor stock levels to ensure smooth operations
- Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service during busy hours or special events such as banquets or catering functions
Skills
- Extensive cocktail experience with knowledge of mixology techniques and beverage recipe development
- Proficiency in POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and cash handling procedures
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
- Proven customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for diverse guests
- Experience working in fine dining settings or upscale hospitality environments preferred
- Knowledge of wine varieties, spirits, craft beer styles, and food safety standards
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in fast-paced restaurant or bar settings
