Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces and work areas by cleaning, masking, and setting up equipment to ensure optimal spray application.
- Operate spray foam equipment including airless paint sprayers and other power tools with precision and safety awareness.
- Mix and apply spray foam insulation according to project specifications, blueprints, and schematics.
- Use hand tools, mechanical knowledge, and fabrication techniques to modify or adapt materials as needed on-site.
- Conduct quality checks during application to ensure proper coverage, adhesion, and insulation performance.
- Follow all safety protocols related to construction site operations including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Experience
- Prior experience in construction estimating or working on construction sites is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and airless paint spraying techniques.
- Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings relevant to insulation or construction projects.
