Job Summary
We are looking for an experieced dental assistant to join our dynamic dental team and become a vital part of providing exceptional oral healthcare! Duties
- Assist dentists chairside during a variety of dental procedures, including general dentistry in a very fast-paced environment.
- Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments, setting up necessary supplies, and ensuring all equipment is functioning correctly.
- Take dental X-rays using advanced imaging technology such as 3D scanners while maintaining strict infection control protocols.
- Manage patient records efficiently using Dentrix, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Support patients by explaining procedures clearly using dental terminology, explaining and presenting treatment plans and addressing their questions to foster comfort and trust.
- Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment by following aseptic techniques and infection control standards.
Qualifications
Dental experience required. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of dental procedures and have experience in taking radiographs and completing intraoral scans for procedures such as crowns, bridges, dentures and partials.
Pay will be based on experience.
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
