Position Summary
The Company is seeking a polished Front Office Administrator and Accounting Support person to manage the front desk of our commercial real estate office. This role is the face of our firm, greeting clients, tenants, brokers, and vendors while keeping daily office operations running smoothly. You'll take care of office supplies, meeting/event support, mail and accounting support around checks and deposits and other responsibilities on an as-needed basis.
Position type
- Full-time salaried; Hours 8am to 5pm with 1-hour lunch
- Fully in-office; downtown Denver with free parking
- As the first point of contact for the office, reliable on-site attendance is essential to this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Open and close the office
- Welcome and greet guests with a professional, polished demeanor
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls; manage the main office line and general email inbox
- Coordinate conference room scheduling for meetings
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and courier deliveries
- Deposit checks and mail checks as trained by accounting team
- Oversee daily office operations to maintain an organized, efficient, and productive work environment
- Maintain accurate company contact directories/marketing distribution lists (to support marketing efforts/campaigns)
- Order and manage office and kitchen supplies
- Ensure snacks and water are kept stocked and coffee made daily, dishwasher started nightly and emptied every morning
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception and conference area at all times
- Perform general administrative support: data entry, expense tracking, and document scanning/filing
- Other duties as assigned by manager; may include some AP processing for brokerage
- Assist with onboarding logistics for new brokers/staff (workstation setup, access cards, etc.), as requested.
- Assist with workspace moves, office setup as requested
Required Qualifications and Desired Attributes
- 2+ years of experience in office management, executive support preferably in commercial real estate.
- Above average proficiency in MS Office/Teams software (Word, Excel, Outlook) and proficiency in Adobe.
- Basic bookkeeping skills AR, AP, bank reconciliations and basic GL through close.
- Experience with accounting software desired; Yardi Voyager software preferred.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Pay: $58,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
