The Laborer plays a vital role in supporting plant and quarry production activities by ensuring safe, efficient, and continuous operation of material handling systems; Laborers perform a variety of tasks including equipment cleaning, maintenance assistance, and housekeeping to keep production running smoothly.andnbsp;This role demands a hands-on, safety-focused individual who contributes to production flow, equipment upkeep, and operational efficiency throughout the site.andnbsp;

Perform routine cleaning of plant areas, conveyors, crushers, screens, and other equipment to prevent buildup and maintain operational efficiency.andnbsp;
Perform other tasks as directed byandnbsp;supervisorsandnbsp;thisandnbsp;may include assisting with roadway maintenance, plant operations, general repairs, and ground upkeep.andnbsp;andnbsp;
High school diploma or GED.andnbsp;
1+ yearsandnbsp;of relevantandnbsp;experience inandnbsp;Industrial,andnbsp;Construction, orandnbsp;Miningandnbsp;Environments preferred.andnbsp;
Knowledge, Skills,and Abilities
Production equipment operations
MSHA compliance and regulations
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. for plant maintenance and equipment servicing.
Required to bend, stoop, climb, and reach. You must be able to maintain three points of contact when climbing on/off machinery or on ladders.andnbsp;
Strong hand-eye-foot coordination is essential for operating hand/foot controls. You must have good depth perception with or without seeing aid for distances up to 150 feet.
All duties require outside assignments and require periods of work in all weather conditions, cold, wet, dry and dusty. Must be able to work in areas where noise levels are up to 85
