State Insurance USA is expanding quickly! We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Care Team. This position plays a key role in maintaining client satisfaction and policy retention by ensuring policies are handled efficiently, accurately, and with elite customer service. This is a Full-Time position, and the role will be performed at our Estero location. Working hours are 8:30am - 5pm Monday-Friday (No Weekends!).

You must have exceptional attention to detail, have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and be self motivated and dependable. Strong computer skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and a customer service mindset are essential for this role. You must be willing to obtain your 4-40 insurance license (with our assistance). We are willing to train the right person.

Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
