Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Active state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA certification (either Clinical Fellow or CCC’s)
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based caseloads
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build productive relationships with children, educators, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in a diverse pediatric population
- Develop and deliver individualized therapy plans in alignment with each student’s goals
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary staff to maximize student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to IEP development and meetings
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating learning environment
