We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Office Coordinator (OC) to serve as the first point of contact for our physical therapy clinic. This role is essential to creating a welcoming environment for patients while ensuring smooth day-to-day front office operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients, creating a positive first impression
- Answer phones, assist callers, and route inquiries appropriately
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
- Verify and update patient information accurately
- Maintain clinic calendars and coordinate daily schedules
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, faxes, and documentation
- Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office area
- Monitor and reorder office supplies as needed
- Support internal communication by relaying important updates
- Assist with general office coordination and team support tasks
