Machine Operator – Corrugated/Cardboard Manufacturing
We are currently looking for reliable, safety-conscious individuals to join a top-tier manufacturer specializing in industrial packaging and custom converted goods. Role Information:
Employment Status: Temp-to-Hire
Compensation: Starting pay for entry-level applicants is $16–$17 per hour
Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 4:30pm
Additional: Overtime opportunities are available
Key Duties:

Manage the operation of production and paper cutting equipment

Organize raw materials to ensure efficient processing

Contribute to team success by meeting all safety, quality, and production targets

Handle the removal, labeling, and boxing of completed items

Conduct thorough quality checks using micrometers, calipers, quick scan tools, and visual defect assessments

Show proficiency in interpreting and executing work orders and instructions

Desired Qualifications:

A high school diploma or its equivalent is preferred

Prior experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus, though we are happy to train driven individuals who are ready to learn and contribute
Required Proficiencies:

Experience performing quality inspections

Background in quality control processes
Technical Tools:

Proficiency with calipers and micrometers
