IMMEDIATE NEED - Dynamic Private Duty Home Health agency is looking for a positive & outgoing Bi-lingual English/Spanish Staffing/Scheduling Coordinator for our fast expanding Home Health Care agency.
** This position is an in-office position - it is not a remote position. **
Salary Range: $20/hour to $25/hour based on experience

Requirements:
- 1 year patient scheduling experience in a home care office setting
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish is required
- 1 year experience in HHAeXchange software is a PLUS
- A customer-oriented approach is essential
- Positive attitude with ability to work in a fast paced environment
- High School diploma
- Excellent organization, planning & project management skills
- Valid driver's license
- Flexibility and good time management is a must
- Experienced in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

Responsibilities of position:
- Support and use all technology tools and resources to ensure proper business processes
- Assist with onboarding of new caregivers
- Collection of caregiver HR credentials
- Schedule staff to meet client care needs
- Assigned staff are properly trained and available as needed
- Ensure care and staff coverage 24/7 to meet the needs of our clients and protect brand standards
