As the Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in the daily success of the community by supporting property operations and helping deliver an exceptional resident experience. Responsibilities include:

Processing applications and resident renewals

Supporting occupancy and leasing goals

Assisting with rent increases and revenue management

Helping prepare for management reviews and inspections

Serving as a resource for residents and team members

Assisting with property operations in the Manager's absence

Building strong relationships with residents, vendors, and team members

Ensuring compliance with company policies and affordable housing requirements
